This may not be my favourite Vietnamese restaurant in Toronto, but I must give credit where credit is due.
If I am feeling under the weather there is nothing I want more than their pho ga. Smooth chicken broth, with a hint of ginger and all of the love. They're on Uber Eats, too, so health can come to you without you washing your face or changing out of your snugglies. -

Pretty decent Pho place. The atmosphere is much better than your regular Toronto Pho joint, which, let's be honest, are usually greasy spoons with dirty floors and worn out furniture. Not here, though. New shiny furniture (western style) and very clean, sparkling floors.
The selections is what you'd expect. I usually only eat Pho in Pho joints (plenty of other options for other food in non-Pho places), and so I ordered a large beef Pho bowl with brisket, tripe and tendon, which is my favorite of all Pho combinations.
Food arrived very quickly and was a large portion. Plenty of meat inside, unlike what some whiners with one-star reviews claim. Whiners whine about pricing, but it is only $1-$2 more than the regular greasy spoon Pho joints. What is $2 in Toronto? You toss that much to a panhandler, and here you pay that to eat in a clean, air-conditioned environment.
Pho broth was a bit on the sweet side, while I prefer more savory ones, but it was fine, nothing to write home about, but nothing to bitch about either. Beef broth, of course. Why would one order vegetarian broth in a Vietnamese restaurant (no vegetarians in Vietnam) is beyond me. -

This place was great years ago but their cost cutting techniques are making the food suffer.
I ordered #102 broken rice, grilled chicken pork chop and sunny side egg. My plate came out with the egg still raw, on top of the chicken and pork chop. Fine, mistakes happen but the place was mostly empty... and all you had to do was look at the egg to tell that it was raw.
We also got the shrimp and avocado roll which came with two pieces of shrimp only. One on each end, so the majority of the bites were vermicelli and lettuce. When we asked why there was so little shrimp, our server said that normally, they add more shrimp but bc we got avocado, they only put two pieces of shrimp. Keep in mind, we paid extra for avocado which ended up being one thin slice in each roll.
Conclusion: go to Pho Linh on College, Tien Tehn or Golden Turtle on Ossington instead. Way better value and great food. -

The food tasted great but gave me the worst food poisoning of my life. I ordered the stir fried lemongrass on vermicelli with tofu and peanut sauce last night, and started feeling stomach pains while eating. I ended up on the toilet for most of the night with excruciating cramps. I am still sick and very dehydrated now, 14 hours later, and cannot even hold in Gatorade or fizzy water.

We had the chicken and rare beef pho, pad Thai, spring rolls and coffee milkshakes and everything was absolutely amazing. The pad Thai, although it did specify "spicy" on the menu, really kicked my butt but it was full of flavour. sad that it didn't come with more veggies though. Service was quick and the milkshakes were very smooth and tasty. Will be returning.
